Working with Angela completely changed how I see and talk about my business.

Before I started working with Angela, I knew I had deep experience and strong capability, but I was struggling to articulate it clearly. I knew broadly who I wanted to work with (middle managers, leaders, organisations in the people space), but I couldn’t quite nail my positioning, my point of difference, or how to express the real value of what I do.

I had the knowledge and credibility but not the clarity.

We began with a full-day strategy workshop where we unpacked my business, my experience, my services, and, just as importantly, what I don’t do. That day was pivotal. It gave me a fresh perspective and the space to think deeply and strategically about what I really wanted to create.

The website wasn’t just about looking good - it pushed me to articulate my thinking clearly, and that was exactly what I needed. With Angela’s help I refined my voice, my message, and boosted my confidence.

Before this work, I hadn’t realised the cost of not having clarity. I’d regularly get approached for work that wasn’t aligned at all, recruitment, executive search, random “people” projects, just because I operate in the “people space”. I couldn’t confidently say yes to the right opportunities or no to the wrong ones because I hadn’t clearly defined my space.

Now, I have a framework and a voice I feel entirely sure about - who I work with, what I do (and what’s unique about it), where I add the most value, and how to explain that with clarity and conviction. I'm clear on my worth and the value I bring, which means I'm doing more of the work I truly enjoy while opening up new possibilities I hadn't seen before.

What makes Angela different is her ability to move seamlessly between strategy, coaching, and mentoring. She sees things you can’t see and makes connections you hadn’t noticed. She asks thoughtful, relevant questions that draw out what’s already in your head. She coaches first, helping you explore and exhaust your own thinking until you reach real clarity. Then she switches into mentor mode, helping you shape that clarity into messaging, marketing, and strategy you can actually use.

I genuinely don’t think I could have reached this level of clarity on my own. I would have kept circling, getting close, but never quite nailing it. My next phase in business now feels possible, and exciting, because it’s built on a foundation of real clarity.
