Your Spark Advantage Profile The first step to a business that truly works with your brain, your values, and your strengths
This is the first step in The REwire™. The part where we begin to see more clearly what’s already true about how you work, what makes you distinctive, and where the friction has been coming from.
When things start making more sense
You've read something before - a book, a post, a description of someone else's experience, and felt that particular, almost electric recognition. That's me. That's exactly how I feel.
Maybe you've felt it less often than you'd like. Maybe you've spent more years than you care to recall trying out frameworks and strategies in your business, and wondering why you couldn't just make them work.
This is where that changes.
The Spark Advantage Profile is a deeply personalised document. It’s developed specifically for you, drawn from a comprehensive picture of your unique wiring. It’s not a template or a personality summary that could apply to half the women in your industry. It’s a precise, honest understanding of where your genius lives, where your energy flows, and what has been getting in the way of flow.
My clients often describe it as the first time they've felt truly seen. Not assessed. Not diagnosed. Seen.
“We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
— Anaïs Nin
Because before the plan comes the person.
This is the first step in The REwire™. The part where we begin to see more clearly what’s already true about how you work, what makes you distinctive, and where the friction has been coming from.
You can’t build something sustainably yours by following someone else’s blueprint, especially one that was never created with a brain like yours in mind.
Sparky-brained women are, as a rule, not the most accurate self-observers. Research, lived experience, and working with a great many clients all confirm this. The default is to underestimate your own talent and the value you create and to often assume that the way someone else does it must be the right way.
And this means you may be emulating others and pushing yourself to adapt ways of working and marketing that are harder than they need to be. And it works for awhile, because you are determined and committed, but it never feels comfortable or easy, because underneath the surface strategy, there’s foundational misalignment.
Your business model, your marketing, your pricing, your operating rhythm, all of it needs to be built around you to be genuinely sustainable. And that's not aspirational wishful thinking - it’s exactly how sparky-brained women create lasting impact through an enjoyable business.
And so that’s where we begin.
"People with ADHD are poor self-observers. They usually see themselves as less effective or powerful than other people do."
- Edward M. Hallowell,
Driven to Distraction
What is the Spark Advantage Profile?
It’s my personalised profiling process and the strategic foundation of all my one-to-one work.
To build it, I draw on several sources: your strengths profile, Enneagram, values, self-leadership and inner critic reflections, brand archetype, and a deep business background reflection. I also include an Executive Functions Assessment so we can see how your brain manages activation, focus, effort, emotion, memory, and action, with a clear lens on how these patterns show up in your business..
What I then share with you isn’t a simple report. It’s more like a mirror, reflecting back what’s remarkable about how you work, what makes your contribution distinctive, and how your wiring has been shaping your business in ways that will suddenly make much more sense.
What it reveals
Your Spark Zone: where your energy and genius flow most naturally. The conditions in which you do your best work, and what that means for how you structure your business, choose your clients, and leverage your strengths in your marketing and communication.
Your Spark Edge: the unique perspective, presence, and capability you bring that others can't replicate. This is almost always the thing you take most for granted, the thing you'd describe as "just what I do." Recognising, appreciating, and owning this changes how you position yourself and what you’re willing to charge.
Your Spark Traps: this is where most sparky-brained women hold their breath. The Spark Traps section doesn’t just name the patterns that have been getting in your way. It helps explain why they’re there, and opens up more useful ways to work with the neurological realities involved.
The thing that makes someone say "I didn't know how much I needed to read that" is usually the Traps section. Because for most of us, the patterns have been tripping up and frustrating us for years.
We know where we’re vulnerable, but what’s often been missing is the explanation, the release from self-blame, and the ability to make different choices and take different actions.
With this new insight comes less comparison, less second-guessing, and more clarity about what’s genuinely aligned and what simply isn’t for you. You’re able to position yourself more authentically, from the inside out, rather than from watching what everyone else is doing.
Your Spark Advantage Profile becomes a touchstone for decisions, business model design, pricing conversations, marketing choices, and those moments when the inner critic gets loud and you need something more reliable than your own wavering self-assessment.
It’s where everything we build or rebuild together begins. Because a business model and strategy grounded in a clear understanding of you is what makes a business sustainable, profitable, and enjoyable.
What changes when you have your profile?
What’s the process?
Step 1. Once we’ve confirmed our work together, I’ll share the prep exercises that form the foundation of your profile.
Step 2. Once you’ve completed them, I create your personalised Spark Advantage Profile. We then unpack it together in a virtual session before your REwire Intensive, or during your strategy sesion in the UPlift coaching & mentoring program.
Step 3. You use it. As a strategic compass, a decision-making filter, and an anchor for the self-leadership work that supports everything else, especially in the moments when you need reminding of the depth of value you bring.
Turn your spark into strategy.
There is a vitality, a life force, an energy… that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique.”
— Martha Graham
You already have a Spark Advantage. This is how we find it, name it, and leverage what sets you apart.
