Phase Two: The Rewire Day

With your foundation solid, we turn to your business.

Working across six domains, personalised to what your prep work and our connection call have already revealed, we explore what's working, what's draining, and what needs redesigning to work with your brain rather than against it:

  • Vision, business model and offers: is your business built around what you love, or what you fell into?

  • Operating rhythm: when your brain actually fires, and how to design your week around that reality

  • Money and boundaries: what you're trading your time and energy for, and whether the exchange is fair

  • Systems and administration: what to redesign, what to outsource, and what to stop tolerating

  • Visibility and positioning: how to be found by the right people without marketing feeling heavy

  • Momentum and meaning: because novelty fades, and sustainability needs to be designed in from the start

The Rewire Day takes place in-person at my home on Sydney's Northern Beaches - the immersive environment makes a real difference for sparky brains, and many clients travel interstate for the experience. If in-person isn't possible, we can split the day across two virtual sessions to avoid Zoom fatigue.

You'll leave with clarity, a newly aligned business direction, and a concrete path forward. Within a week I'll send a written outcomes report. Two weeks later we meet again for a follow-up session to walk through your 90-day action plan.

Phase Three: Ongoing Support

Insight is one thing. Implementation is another, and for sparky-brained businesswomen, the gap between the two is where the best-laid plans can quietly unravel…

The hyperfocus lifts. The novelty fades. The inner critic starts tossing grenades of doubt. And the business you so clearly envisaged... slides back toward business as usual.

Ongoing coaching and mentoring is about having a strategic thinking partner beside you for the long game. For momentum when things stall. For a reality check when the Confidence See-Saw tips. For the real-time navigation that turns a good plan into a genuinely different business.

This phase is totally optional. You can absolutely take your plan and run with it. But I’ve found for myself, and my clients, support is what turns clarity into lasting change - we're not designed to do this alone.

Before we touch your business, we start with you.

You'll complete a set of tailored assessments - Cappfinity Strengths, Executive Functions, Enneagram, Values, Brand Archetype, Self-Leadership, and Inner Critic, which I compile into two documents unique to you: your Spark Advantage Profile (who you are, where you shine, and the patterns that quietly trip you up) and your ADHD Business Impact Map (how your specific wiring plays out in business - what to design around and plan for).

We then spend 90 minutes together in a virtual session unpacking both. This is the foundation everything else is built on, and most sparky-brained women describe it as the first time they've been truly seen without having to over-explain themselves.

VIP Strategy Day Intensive FAQ’s

  • A Business Recalibration Day (VIP Strategy Day) is a focused, intensive strategic planning experience designed to create clarity and a concrete roadmap in a condensed timeframe. It includes comprehensive pre-work, your personalised Spark Advantage Profile, a full day of strategic work, written summary with 90-day action plan, and a follow-up session.

    Ongoing business coaching provides continuous support to implement strategies, stay focused, and maintain momentum over time with regular sessions.

    Many clients start with a VIP day to establish their strategy, then add ongoing coaching for implementation support. Some return for additional VIP days as their business evolves to new stages.

  • Both options work beautifully!

    Virtual VIP days via Zoom are just as effective as in-person sessions. We use digital whiteboards, screen sharing, and collaborative tools to make the experience interactive and engaging. There are plenty of breaks and I often break the day into two working sessions to there’s no ZOOM fatigue for either of us. We’ll work out. the best combination for you when we connect.

    In-person VIP days take place at my Sydney northern beaches location, and many clients travel interstate for this experience. The benefit is being completely removed from your daily environment with zero distractions.

    The choice comes down to your preference, travel constraints, and budget. The strategic outcomes are equally effective either way.

  • A VIP day is suited for comprehensive strategic recalibration – when you need to rethink your positioning, service suite, business model, or overall direction for your next chapter.

    If your overall business model and strategy is sound, and you’re looking for more ongoing support - think sounding board and opportunity developer, then my business coaching and mentoring service may be a better fit.

    If there is a specific opportunity or challenge you’re circling, a 90 minute Catalyst Session might be perfect.
