You’ve built something real.
But it doesn’t yet feel like enough…
What's actually going on?
You're an established businesswoman - a consultant, trainer, coach, practitioner, a founder in the professional services space. You’re not a beginner - you've been in business long enough to know what you're doing - and yet there's this persistent, quietly uncomfortable feeling that you're not quite landing the way you could be.
You look around and wonder why the visibility, the clients, the fees, and the impact you know you're capable of still feel just out of reach.
You know you're great at what you do. You've got the runs on the board, the experience, the depth.
But somewhere between knowing and feeling it - and having the market see it and value it - there's a gap.
You might be wondering if it's your marketing, your offer, your confidence, or something you just can't quite put your finger on.
In my experience, there’s usually a few different elements in play that keep you trapped in Perpetual Potential.
First things first - please know that you’re not alone in this experience…
Most of the businesswomen who come to work with me feel that more is possible for them - and that doesn't mean they want to "build an empire". It means they want work that brings real contribution, fulfilment, and financial reward - not work that just uses their skills.
Some of the most common patterns I notice that can block this happening are:
You’re yet to truly own the value you create and deliver - there’s no doubt your work is impactful , but you can't quite articulate why, and this gap means your positioning is not yet clear
External Validation - you have deep experience and proven capability, but you still tend to sell yourself short, second-guess your decisions, and doubt whether you've "got what it takes” for growth
Quiet Isolation - you’re self-motivated and no slouch when it comes to learning but trying to do all the planning, deciding and delivering alone is draining and can erode your confidence
An Action Gap - you may have clarity and certainty on what needs to happen but consistent action feels so hard to achieve. And so the crucial development and visibility work that every business needs is put to one side, and growth slows.
In my experience, these patterns are almost always connected, and they share a common root: your unique value isn't yet clearly visible, to the market, or to yourself.
That's definitely not a capability problem. It's much more likely to be a positioning and a confidence challenge. The good news? That’s what my blend of strategy and self-leadership addresses!
And if your brain works a little differently?
If you're someone who has approximately 47 ideas before breakfast, who can see the potential in everything but struggles to decide which thing to actually do - you are absolutely not alone here, and this work was built with you in mind too.
After my own ADHD diagnosis and formal training, I was able to spot the extra friction points us sparky-brained businesswomen have to deal with - things like priority pinball, the confidence see saw, and popcorn brain. These realities mean a bit of a different approach and a few extra tools are often needed…
