The REwire Method™ Because growing a business with a sparky brain is different
The REwire Method™ is a business strategy and self-leadership framework that helps ADHD and sparky-brained women in business reshape their businesses to fit the way they actually think and work - so business becomes sustainable, profitable and enjoyable.
I’ve worked with businesswomen for over two decades. And the single most consistent thing I’ve observed, long before I had the language of ADHD to name it, is:
Effective strategy needs to be anchored in self-worth. But self-worth has so often been eroded in the heads and hearts of the sparky-brained.
Not because you’re ineffective. Not because you haven’t tried. But because years of trying to work with systems and formulas that weren’t built for your brain, and years of effort that didn’t produce the results they promised, leave some pretty nasty scars. I know that not just professionally, but personally too.
Those scars have a tendency to show up in our businesses as:
Brilliant ideas that don’t get executed, or aren’t given the time they need to build momentum.
Pricing that doesn’t reflect the real value you deliver.
Visibility that feels risky, so it becomes patchy, inconsistent, or watered down.
Decisions made from self-doubt and crowdsourced opinion instead of self-trust.
That’s why I start differently.
Before we touch strategy, offers, positioning, or marketing, we start with you. Not just the business challenges you’re navigating, but the way you think, the way you work, what lights you up, what drains or bores you, the patterns that power you, and the ones that keep getting in the way.
Because I've learned the gap between having a great strategy and actually using it is almost never a knowledge gap.
It’s a self-knowledge and self-worth gap.
A woman who truly knows herself, and who has been supported to understand and appreciate her wiring, strengths, brilliance, and blind spots without judgement or comparison, shows up to strategy work differently.
She stops questioning, explaining, and proving herself, and starts building from a far steadier place.
The REwire Method™:
One integrated approach. Three essential components.
The REwire Method™ is my strategic approach to helping late-diagnosed ADHD and sparky-brained women in business reshape a business that has felt harder to grow, sustain, or trust than it should.
It’s not a rigid formula, a productivity system, or generic business coaching dressed up with a few neurodivergent references.
It’s an integrated, sparky-friendly approach that brings together self-understanding, self-leadership, and business reshaping, so the way you work, market, and grow is better aligned with who you are.
At its core, The REwire™ helps you do three things:
See it
Understand your wiring, strengths, and executive function friction points more clearly.Own it
Build the self-trust, self-worth, and inner authority to stop comparing, blaming and berating yourself.Embed it
Reshape your business so your clients, offers, pricing, messaging, and marketing are a better fit for how you actually think and work.
Each component is personalised, and they work together as a layered, evolving approach that supports more clarity, stronger positioning, and a business that feels more sustainable, more strategic, and more like you.
The Spark Advantage Profile - See it
Before the plan comes the person.
The Spark Advantage Profile™ is my personalised process for building a clear, calibrated picture of how you work best. It brings together your strengths, values, business experience, key patterns, executive functions, self-leadership, and the pressures that have shaped the way you show up in life and business.
From that, we map your Spark Zone, Spark Edge, and Spark Traps.
This is the part that helps you see yourself more clearly — not in a generic, surface-level way, but in a way that makes sense of what has felt easy, hard, energising, frustrating, natural, or unsustainable in your business so far.
Those insights become the foundation for everything that follows. They help us shape a business and marketing approach that better reflects your wiring, makes better use of your strengths, and feels more sustainable, more strategic, and more like you.
Clients often tell me it’s the first time they’ve felt so accurately reflected back to themselves — and a huge relief not to have to over-explain how they think, work, or struggle.
That’s why everything starts here.
Self-leadership - Own it
Self-leadership is self-worth in action.
Self-leadership is the work that runs alongside the strategy we build together. It’s the deliberate, progressive shift from looking everywhere else for the answers to building and trusting your own inner authority.
For us sparky-brained and ADHD women, it’s not separate from the business work. It’s what makes the business work stronger.
Because you can’t fully see what’s true if the self-worth wound is still convincing you to dismiss the value you create. (I’ve written more about the self-worth wound here).
You can’t truly own itif you’re still waiting for permission, second-guessing your instincts, or measuring your worth against someone else’s version of success.
And you can’t fully embed meaningful change if the Confidence See-Saw is still running the show.
This is where we work with the principles of my self-leadership framework: self-knowledge, emotional dexterity, flexible thinking, intentional action, and vitality cultivation.
Together, these principles help you move from self-doubt to self-trust, and from external validation to steadier and enduring inner authority.
The Business Fit - Embed it
This is the reshaping work, where we take what you now understand more clearly about yourself and start applying it to the heart of your business.
Business Fit is the process of reshaping your business so it better reflects who you are, how you work best, and the chapter of business you’re in now.
It’s where we look at the core pieces of your business through a more sparky-friendly lens - your clients, business model, offers, pricing, positioning, messaging, and marketing — and work out what fits, what doesn’t, and what needs to change.
For many of my clients, this is also where we identify and name the hidden differentiation framework within their work, so their value becomes clearer, their positioning gets stronger, and their expertise is easier to communicate and sell.
This is the practical work, the nuts and bolts of a business that feels more aligned, more distinct, and more sustainable, not by trying harder, but by making decisions that are a better fit for you.
And because neither you nor your business is static, this part of the work continues to evolve as your business grows, your goals shift, and you respond to what the market shows you.
Why not just focus on strategy?
It's a fair question. You want your business to grow. You want clarity, momentum, better positioning, more clients, consistent income. So why spend time on profiles and inner work and all that jazz before we get to the “important stuff?”
Because receiving a late stage ADHD diagnosis asks you to update two maps: your Self-Map, your understanding of and appreciation for who you are, and then, using that new insight, your Business Map, reshaping the way you work so it's a better fit for you.
Without the first map, the second one can't really be personal.
If we leap straight into strategy with the intent to "fix things," the only tactics available to us are generic ADHD-aligned ones, better than the neurotypical advice you've likely already tried, but still not built from anything specific to you, because we haven't done the work yet that would make it yours.
Business reshaping only really works once it's answering to your map, not just your diagnosis.
When we skip this, we're building on a shaky foundation. We can craft your positioning, design your offers, map your marketing, but…
You fall headfirst into the Comparison Trap when you see what a competitor launches.
Your inner critic says 'ha! Riiiight”' when you try increase your prices
You realise how much you DETEST the style of marketing you thought was the answer, and can’t bring yourself to follow through with it.
And your carefully thought-through plan gets buried under seventeen perfectly convincing reasons not to implement it.
I’ve been in enough rodeos to know by now that the gap between having a strong strategy and being able to actually sustain and act on it is almost always a self-worth gap, not a knowledge gap.
That’s why self-understanding, self-worth, and strategy always ride into the arena together in my world.
And it’s also why, in the early days, you can borrow my belief in you until you have more of your own.

"I believe every female business owner who is neurodivergent needs you! You're the first coach I've ever felt real synergy with because you're a kindred spirit.
I've invested so much in the past and have never moved or progressed as far as I have with you. You're worth every cent!"
What does this actually look like?
The REwire Method™ can begin in different ways depending on the level of depth, support, and pace you need.
In Action and Traction
Bring the challenge.
Leave with clarity.
This is a single strategic thinking session for one specific issue you’ve been circling that needs to be seen, owned, or embedded. It could be positioning, pricing, visibility, decision-making, self-leadership, or something else that’s keeping you stuck.
We spend 75 minutes focused on the right thing, with two weeks of Voxer support afterwards so the traction builds once the session ends.
In the REwire Intensive
This is where The REwire Method™ takes its fullest form.
We begin with prep work and your Spark Advantage Profile, which gives us a clearer picture of how you work, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift.
From there, The REwire Intensive becomes a deeply personalised strategic day focused on the shape of your business — what’s working, what’s tangled, and what wants to be reshaped so the business fits you better.
You leave with clarity, direction, written outcomes, and practical next steps for the chapter ahead, followed by a support session to help you integrate what we’ve uncovered and decide what happens next.
In UPlift ADHD coaching
The REwire Method™ becomes an ongoing mentoring and support process.
We begin with your Spark Advantage Profile and a two-hour strategic session, so you’re we’re not dropping straight into coaching without context. That foundation helps us understand how you work, where the friction is, and what needs attention first.
From there, UPlift gives you ongoing space to work through the real-time challenges, opportunities, decisions, and reshaping work that unfolds as your business grows.
Ready to reshape your business to better fit you and your sparky brain?
If this approach resonates, the The REwire Intensive is the best place to begin. It’s where The REwire Method™ takes its fullest form, and where we create the clarity, direction, and business reshaping that will support your next chapter most powerfully.
And if you’d like to talk things through first, you’re very welcome to book a connection call - often a conversation is the best place to begin.
