ADHD Business Coaching
For women with Sparky Brains - with a Mentor who has one too.
Business strategy that works WITH your sparky ADHD brain
If you've been trying to run your business through systems and frameworks you’re starting to realise are just not a good fit for you, and that’s likely why it all feels so much harder than it should, you're in exactly the right place.
ADHD business coaching helps businesswomen align strategy, decision-making, and implementation with how your brain actually works - not how traditional business advice says you should, because that rarely works out well for us!
You already know you're talented. That's not the problem.
You've built something real. Your clients rate you highly. You care deeply about the work you do and the difference you make.
But running the business side of things? Making choices and decisions about where to focus? Staying with an idea from inception to completion without revamping it 27 times? Some days it feels like trying to play chess on a scrabble board.
You're not doing it wrong. You're trying to do it in ways that were never designed for your spark, fast-moving, ADHD brain, your strengths, your natural way of working.
If any of these feel uncomfortably familiar, keep reading…
Popcorn Brain
Your notes app has seventeen half-developed concepts in it. You sat down to update your website and emerged ninety minutes later having designed an entirely new service - which feels like a brilliant idea, by the way.
The problem isn't creativity. You have that in abundance. It's knowing which idea deserves your energy and attention right now, next, later - or not at all.
Priority Pinball
You end the day tired and having done a lot, but with a quiet, nagging sense that none of it quite moved the needle. There seemed to be so many urgent things that devoured the day… and your focus shifted before momentum built.
You're not undisciplined. You're running on a brain that finds consistent follow-through genuinely, difficult, and nobody ever told you that's what was happening.
Confidence See Saw
One day: this is brilliant and you're exactly the right person to do it. The next: a competitor's post or a sales conversation that didn’t quite land and you're wondering who the hell you think you are. Praise is Teflon. Criticism is Velcro.
The self-trust you need to charge for the value you create, to back yourself fully, and stop second-guessing every decision is so elusive, you often feel it’s all pointless.
These three things together, Popcorn Brain, Priority Pinball, Confidence See-Saw, are what I call Perpetual Potential.
This is a such common experience for women with ADHD or fast-thinking, non-linear brains in business. It’s a maddeningly frustrating (and confidence sapping) gap between what you know you're capable of and what you're actually achieving. It's not a character flaw. It's what happens when a sparky brained ADHDer runs a business through a framework built for a very different kind of wiring.
And then there are the business challenges of ADHD we really need to acknowledge and work through.
Popcorn Brain, Priority Pinball, and the Confidence See-Saw are the ones you probably recognise immediately. But there are others - quieter, more specific, more tied to the particular experience of running a business with a sparky brain.
The self-worth wound.
Decades of "too much / not enough" — of effort that didn't produce the expected results, of systems that didn't fit, of being told your way of working was the problem, leave a mark. Not just as self-doubt. As a deeper, structural erosion of the belief that you are enough, that your judgment can be trusted, that your experience is equal to others in your industry, that you deserve to charge for the value your work delivers.
This is why standard confidence coaching doesn't work for most sparkies. Praise is Teflon -it doesn't integrate and build the way it's supposed to. And criticism is Velcro - it tends to lodge and stay. The internal scaffolding that would help positive feedback integrate was being worn down long before you launched your business.
The comparison trap - and the Burrs in your Fur.
You know you shouldn't compare yourself to others. You really do. And then you spend twenty minutes on a competitor's website and emerge feeling like you've achieved nothing and your work is pointless and you should probably just go and get a job.
I call what clings after that the Burrs in your Fur. The self-doubt that sticks when you've gone too deep into the comparison trap. When you have a sparky brain, this isn't just demoralising - it can derail days, decisions, and entire directions.
The cost of quiet isolation
All the thinking. All the deciding. All the delivering. Without a genuine sounding board who understands both how you're wired and what it actually takes to build a business. We actually have less emotional energy than most (despite what your ability to hyperfocus might suggest). Most business coaches don't truly understand this about ADHD. And most ADHD coaches haven't built businesses. I have both pairs of shoes!
Time Blindness and the All or Nothing Trap
Either the project has your complete hyperfocused attention, or it doesn't exist. Either you're working at full capacity, or you're in freeze. The middle range, consistent, sustainable, moderate effort, is like a far off magical land - genuinely hard to get to. Which makes the standard advice about "showing up consistently" feel obvious… and pretty much impossible.
Rejection Sensitivity
A client doesn't respond. A proposal doesn't convert. Someone unsubscribes form the newsletter you crafted with such care. For a neurotypical, these are minor data points. For a sparky brained businesswoman, they can feel like confirmation of the thing the inner critic has been saying all along. Rejection sensitivity dysphoria is real, it's disproportionate to the trigger, and it's exhausting to manage when you're also trying to run a business.
The Shiny Systems Trap
A new content calendar. A different CRM. A productivity framework that worked brilliantly for someone else. The promise of the right system (the one that will finally make everything click effortlessly into place) is genuinely compelling for a sparky brain that's wired for novelty and always seeking the solution to the gap.
So you invest the time, you set it up, you feel the lovely dopamine hit … and then, somewhere between day three and ten.. goneski. Not because you're lazy or undisciplined. Because it wasn't built for your brain. And because the gap it was trying to fill is often not actually a systems gap. It's a self-knowledge gap.
The right ADHD business support doesn't give you another system to abandon or another calendar to fill or formula to follow. It helps you understand how you actually work, so you can build approaches that fit who you are and how you best work.
I know this because I am you!
Or at least, I was - for over twenty years, running businesses while my brain did all of the above and I had absolutely no framework for why.
I was very-late diagnosed with ADHD at 53. After my then-teenage daughter received her diagnosis, I sat with the information for about forty-eight hours before the penny dropped with a very loud clang and I sought my own.
When it was confirmed that I too, had a differently wired brain the relief was enormous. So was the grief. And then came the very belated 'oh - THAT'S why.'
The idea avalanches. The hyperfocus rabbit holes. The energy spikes and crashes. The years of quietly wondering if I was just not quite cut out for being in business - when actually, I'd been trying to run at full capacity through systems that weren't built for me.
That ADHD diagnosis changed how I work, how I lead, and most importantly, how I help my clients.
I'm Angela Raspass, Business Strategist, Self-Leadership Mentor, and ADHD Business Coach.
I bring together more than two decades of business strategy experience, lived ADHD insight, and formal ADHD coach training through Gold Mind Academy in the UK.
I work with service-based businesswomen who are done fighting their wiring and ready to build a business that actually works with it instead.
Most business coaches don't truly understand ADHD. Most ADHD coaches haven't built businesses beyond their own practice.
I sit at the intersection of both.
Here's what makes ADHD Business Coaching and Mentoring with me, different.
A lot of business coaching assumes your brain works in a particular way. Mine doesn't - and if you're here, yours probably doesn't either.
So before we touch strategy, offers, positioning, or marketing, we start with you.
We begin with your Spark Advantage Profile.
This is my proprietary foundation assessment - a deep dive into your strengths, values, business bacground, working style, enneagram, executive functions, self-leadership level and the patterns that both drive you forward and quietly trip you up.
Clients consistently tell me that receiving their Spark Advantage Profile is often the first time they've seen themselves fully reflected back without judgement. It also means we can spend our time together on what matters, because you already feel seen and understood.
We can then create strategy that works with your sparky-brained wiring and strengths.
With your Spark Advantage profile created, we move to build on this foundation with Elevated Impact Framework - a lightly structured and personally guided journey from Perpetual Potential to genuine impact. We clarify your unique value and get it working in your business. We develop the inner authority to back yourself fully, charge for the value you create and deliver, and stop comparison and second-guessing.
I promise - no generic formulas, no one-size-fits-all strategies, no 'let’s do what worked for this other person….'
Everything we build is grounded in who you actually are and how you actually work.
We work inside a container that makes your ADHD brain happy.
One of my clients described it perfectly - she needed someone who could 'contain her with fuzzy barriers' and reflect things back honestly, in a way her brain wouldn't just reject and go off on its own path anyway.
That's the heart of our work. Warm and connected enough for you to feel safe so you can share openly. Structured enough to hold the focus we need. Honest enough to tell you when it's time to let something go - and when the thing you've been dismissing is actually the gold that deserves to be polished and showcased.

"I'd been spinning my wheels for two years trying to massage a multitude of ideas into something marketable. I'd tried a couple of other coaches but they didn't resonate with my energy or my sparky brain. Then I came to a couple of Angela's breakfasts and thought - this is the person. We're an energetic match. She was saying things I say, in ways I understood.
What I needed was someone who could contain me with fuzzy barriers, reflect things back honestly, and do it in a way that my brain wouldn't just reject and go off on its own path anyway and I was pretty sure I'd found her.
The Spark Advantage Profile Angela gave me before our VIP Day was the first thing that settled my nervous system - it fully captured who I am, which meant I didn't have to spend the day explaining myself. From there, Angela kept bringing me back to what mattered without making me feel overwhelmed. Stretched, for sure, but never too far. I have a path now, and I'm on it.”.

Neurodiversity Advocate, Speaker and Trainer
"Angela brings a deep understanding of neurodivergence into her ADHD Business coaching, and because of that, she meets me where I am. She doesn’t set me up with unattainable action plans. Instead, she offers clarity, space, and realistic strategies that align with how I work best. Since working with her, I’ve experienced more progress and direction in my business than I have with any other coach”.
Do you need an ADHD Diagnosis to work with me?
No you don’t.
Some of my clients have a formal diagnosis - often received rather late in life. Some have recently self-identified after years of wondering why they work the way they do. Some simply know their brain has always moved fast, generated ideas constantly, and found consistency elusive, and they're over trying to force it into someone else's framework.
What they all have in common is a recognition, sometimes relief, sometimes grief, sometimes both, when they see their experience described accurately often for the first time, and realise they’re not alone and that there’s nothing wrong with them!
If you've been feeling something similar, that recognition is real. Trust it.
You've found your next chapter.
If something on this page made you exhale a little - that means you've been carrying something that finally has a name. There are several ways I can support the growth of you and your business and I’d love to find out more about you to see if I can help.
Shall we talk?

"As a fellow Sparky Brain/ADHD’er, I knew Angela would get me without needing justification for how I jump from thing to thing. There was no judgment; rather, it was like having a light shone on my business - 'Have you thought of this? – She invited me to give my time and energy to the things that most mattered. Our mentoring time together just flew by, and I had so much more clarity. Angela gave me the bigger picture and helped me to see how to fit all the pieces together before going into the nitty-gritty.
She’s helped me to develop a great action plan which I can now take deeper – it was a fantastic experience!”.

"I’d been trying to launch my business for what felt like forever, but I just couldn’t get unstuck. I realised that, before I could focus on my business, I needed support with my ADHD. When I heard Angela on Tracy Otsuka’s podcast, I instantly felt she was the right fit.
Angela not only has extensive experience with business strategy, but she also understands ADHD firsthand and is in the recovery community. Her heart, humour, and expertise make her easy to work with, and you always feel she’s got you – even when your head is spinning.
I’m truly grateful I invested in her services; she provides incredible value and makes the journey enjoyable and impactful!”.

Leadership & ADHD Coach
“I signed up for a strategic planning day and three months of coaching with Angela. The planning day was incredible - her tailored assessments created space for deep clarity and creative exploration. My ADHD brain was buzzing the whole drive home! As a fellow sparky-brained soul, my biggest challenge is staying on track. Angela's follow-up sessions provided exactly the structure and accountability I needed, always arriving at just the right moment.
While I initially hesitated at the investment, I quickly realised the value far exceeded the cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Angela to sparky-brained souls who need structure to turn ideas into action. She has a unique gift for combining strategic insight with genuine empathy”.
Before we get started, I’ll send you a complimentary copy of my book, Your Next Chapter.
NEW EDITION! Now with a late-diagnosed ADHD lens and all the belated understanding that delivers.
This updated edition is now infused with the sparky-brained lens and awareness I didn't have when I first wrote it - but I've lived into since my diagnosis.
“Angela has created something truly special with this updated edition of Your Next Chapter. When I first read the original book, long before Angela understood her brain through the lens of ADHD, I remember thinking, “This woman understands me.” So much of her insight spoke directly to my own experience as a late-diagnosed ADHD businesswoman. Now, with the benefit of her diagnosis and a deeper understanding of her “sparky-brained” wiring, Angela’s wisdom lands with even more clarity, compassion, and resonance”.

ADHD BUSINESS COACHING FAQ’S
Common questions about working with an ADHD Business Coach
-
ADHD business coaching sits at the intersection of two things that are rarely combined well: a genuine understanding of how the ADHD brain works (with lived experience the icing on the cake) , and real-world business strategy expertise.
It's not therapy - we're not processing the past. It's not generic productivity coaching - I’m not giving you another system to embrace enthusiastically and then quietly abandon by Thursday (been there and got the tee-shirt… MANY times) And it's not standard business coaching with an ADHD disclaimer bolted on.
ADHD business coaching starts with understanding your specific wiring, your executive function profile, your strengths, your patterns, your particular flavour of Popcorn Brain and Priority Pinball, and then builds business strategy, positioning, pricing, and marketing directly from that foundation.
The goal isn't to help you manage your ADHD so you can run a normal business. It's to help you build a business that's designed around how you actually work so you stop fighting yourself and start building something that genuinely fits. That’s why I always start our work together with developing your Spark Advantage Profile - the person, not the plan.
-
No, you don't need a diagnosis. Many of my clients are “sparky-brained women” who've never pursued formal assessment but recognise themselves in the patterns - the scattered focus, the brilliant ideas that don't quite land, the confidence that seesaws between "I've got this!" and "What was I thinking?"
If you identify with the challenges and strengths I describe, my ADHD-informed approach will serve you beautifully whether you have a diagnosis, are in the process of seeking one, or simply know your brain works differently.
-
Traditional business coaching naturally assumes your brain works in a linear, neurotypical way. The advice often sounds like: "Be more consistent." "Focus on one thing." "Create a detailed plan and stick to it."
For ADHD brains, that's like asking a fish to climb a tree! It’s also a recipe for the gradual eroding of our confidence and enthusiasm.
ADHD business coaching recognises that your brain is wired differently - and that's not a bug, it's a feature. We design strategies that work WITH your natural patterns, not against them. We acknowledge challenges like Priority Pinball and Popcorn Brain while leveraging your rapid ideation, creative problem-solving, and big-picture thinking.
Strategy doesn't stick without self-leadership - and self-leadership starts with understanding how YOUR brain actually works.
-
ADHD coaches are often brilliant at helping with executive function skills, emotional regulation, and daily life management. But they haven't necessarily built businesses beyond their own practice or worked with the breadth of industries I have. That can make it harder to develop service suites, navigate pricing strategy, or crystallise invisible expertise into sellable offers.
I bring 20+ years of business strategy experience - starting and growing my marketing agency from my solo desk to a small team of 5, co-operating a boat-share business, consulting to accounting associations across Australia and New Zealand and more. I've been in the trenches of business ownership both pre- and post-diagnosis (and woah, there IS a difference!)
With me, you're not just getting ADHD support. You're getting seasoned strategic expertise from someone who knows what it's like to build a business with a sparky brain.
-
No! My work is for all established businesswomen who want to build businesses that do good, feel good and are richly rewarding.
Many of my clients are sparky-brained (the descriptor I created to describe how we think and operate even before we realise we have different wiring) or know they have ADHD. Many aren't. What they share is a commitment to doing business differently - building something that serves their lives, not consumes them.
I bring an ADHD-informed lens to all my work because understanding neurodivergence makes me a better strategist for everyone. But I don't exclusively serve ADHD clients, and you don't need to be neurodivergent to benefit from working with me.
-
This is the description Goldmind Academy in the UK, where I trained and received my ADHD Coaching accreditation, use. It signifies specialised training that bridges traditional coaching with neurodiversity-affirming care.
And to me, it also means I customise HOW we work together to suit your brain, not just WHAT we work on.For example:
If you hyperfocus and then over-edit, we build in green lights to help you ship an idea, not perfect it
If decision paralysis keeps you stuck, we use frameworks like "Now, Next, Later" to navigate priority pinball
If you struggle with follow-through, we design personal “Tadpole Nibbling” and “Reverse Gapping” philosophies, to work in tandem with action plans
If Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) colours your experience, we unpack when and how it impacts you and find a gentle path through.
All my core services are available with ADHD-informed customisation because of my own lived experience and formal training. You're not getting a separate "ADHD track" - you're getting the same strategic work, tailored to how YOUR brain operates.
-
It has many layers! But my core philosophy is simple: Strategy doesn't stick without self-leadership.
You can have the most brilliant business strategy in the world, but if you don't understand your own patterns, strengths, and triggers - if you're constantly fighting your brain instead of working with it - nothing will stick.
That's why my approach integrates:
Strategic clarity (knowing what to focus on and why)
Self-leadership foundations (understanding your brain, emotions, and patterns)
Customised implementation (designing systems that actually work for YOU)
We start with your Spark Advantage Profile to map where you naturally thrive, what drains you, and where you get trapped. Then we build/rebuild a business mode, service suite and marketing strategies that leverage your strengths rather than forcing you into any “off the shelf” options.
-
Yes - because we're not starting with a system. We're starting with YOU.
Most productivity systems are designed for neurotypical brains. When they don't work for you, it's easy to think "I'm the problem." But you're not broken. You've just been using the wrong tools. If I had a dollar for every planner, app, program, and solution I’ve tried that I was sure would “finally fix me”, I could retire already!
That’s why we build a personal to you approach based on:
How YOUR brain actually works
What energises vs. drains you
Your values, strengths, and vision
What you're actually trying to achieve
Some of my clients thrive with structure. Others need flexibility. Some need external accountability; others need autonomy. There's no one-size-fits-all - and that's exactly the point.
-
My honest answer? It depends on which service you choose and what you're working on.
But here's what ALL my clients can expect:
Deep listening - I'll ask questions that help you see your own brilliance
Strategic clarity - We'll cut through the noise and identify what actually matters
Personalisation - Everything we create together is designed for YOUR brain and business - I will always meet you where you are at
Challenge AND support - I'll push you forward while holding space for how you work
Practical tools - You'll have access to proven frameworks, not just enjoyable conversations
This is a strategic partnership designed to help you build a business that serves you just as much as you serve your clients.
-
Some shifts happen immediately. Others take time.
After a 90-minute Catalyst Session, you'll walk away with clarity on your next strategic move. After a Recalibration Day, you'll have a roadmap for your next chapter. In ongoing FuelTime coaching, we're working on implementation and growth.
I can't promise overnight transformations or specific $$$ results - and I never do, because that would demand a crystal ball. What I will promise is that you'll stop fighting your brain and start working with it. You'll replace constant action with actual traction. And you'll build a business that feels like you - not like someone else's template.
-
Book a Connection Call. It's free, theres no-pressure, and gives us both a chance to see if we're a fit.
I'll ask about where you are now, where you want to be, and what's getting in the way. You can ask me anything about my approach, my experience, how I work, and anything else you’d like.
If it feels right, brilliant - we'll talk about next steps. If it doesn't, that's okay too. I'd rather you find the right support than work with someone who isn't the right fit for you.
