I move fluidly between business strategy, coaching, mentoring and consulting, responding to what you and your business need in each conversation.
Sometimes you need a question that unlocks your own thinking. Sometimes you need space to untangle what’s happening. And sometimes you need an experienced strategist to offer a clear recommendation rather than responding with yet another question!
After more than two decades of building businesses and supporting other businesswomen, I know the difference.
As a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself, I also understand from the inside what it’s like to have a sparky brain running a business - both the brilliance and the frustration. I won’t ask you to override your instincts, sideline your strengths or work against your natural rhythms. We’ll build from them and with them.
Equal parts thoughtful challenger and strategic simplifier, I’ll help you spot opportunities you can’t yet see, extract and shape the distinctive IP hiding inside your work, ask the questions that unlock clarity and hold belief in you when yours wavers.

We begin with tailored preparation and your Spark Advantage Profile™, giving us a rich understanding of your strengths, patterns, working rhythms, experience and current business reality.
Your private Intensive Day then brings you and your business into the room, where together, we identify what deserves to be better recognised and elevated in you, what needs to be reshaped in the business and what already fits and should be retained.
Within a week, you receive a written summary of our decisions and a 90-day action plan template. We then meet for a follow-up session to ensure your plan is realistic, focused and supported.

The UPlift - ADHD Business Coaching & Mentoring

You want an ongoing thinking partner who understands you and your business, and can help you turn clarity into sustained action.
UPlift is flexible, ADHD-informed business coaching and mentoring for women who want support as you refine your ideas, make decisions, implement changes and navigate the challenges and opportunities that appear along the way.
We begin with tailored preparation and your Spark Advantage Profile™, followed by a two-hour strategy session where we clarify where you are, what you want next and the priorities that deserve your attention.
From there, you have a five-hour block of coaching and mentoring time to use as you need it. That might be a quick 15 minute sense-check on an opportunity, a deeper session to work through an important decision or support when self-doubt, overwhelm or Priority Pinball threatens to derail your momentum.
Optional Voxer support gives you another way to think out loud and stay connected between sessions - a service intentionally included as so many of us sparkies are verbal processors.
All four components of the Rewire Method™ unfold through our work as we deepen your self-understanding, strengthen your Self-Leadership, make better-fitting business decisions and develop the scaffolding that helps those decisions hold.

Ongoing mentoring blocks
After completing the Rewire Intensive or UPlift, I can stay on your support team through flexible five- or ten-hour mentoring blocks.
Use your time as you need it in the months ahead for the decisions, challenges, implementation and opportunities that continue to show up as your business evolves - optional Voxer support is also available between sessions.

Action & Traction - A single Strategic Session

You have one specific issue you’ve been circling and need help identifying the right way forward.
Action and Traction is a focused 75-minute strategic thinking session for the decision, opportunity or stuck point that has been taking up far too much room in your head.
It might be your positioning, pricing, an offer, a marketing decision or a new idea you need to evaluate before committing your time, energy and money to it.
We draw on the relevant parts of the Rewire Method™ to understand what’s really happening, filter your possibilities and identify clear, realistic next actions.
You’ll also have two weeks of Voxer access after our session, giving you a thinking partner as you act on what we’ve uncovered and helping the traction continue once the Zoom call ends.
