Meaningful connection & conversation for smart, sparky-brained businesswomen
The Insight Table
Where connection and conversation spark new possibilities.
The Insight Table is my curated dinner, and occasionally breakfast, for service-based women in business who want genuine conversations and connection, without the noise of traditional networking.
You’ll leave with insight, resonance, and connections that can genuinely support you and your business.
Who The Insight Table is for.
This is for you if you are:
A service-based solo or micro businesswoman who wants deeper, more relevant business relationships
Smart, high-capacity and often juggling a lot alone
A fast-thinking, idea generator who is motivated by making an imoact
A late-diagnosed or self-recognised ADHDer
Looking for business connection without elevator pitches and surface-level small talk
Drawn to thoughtful conversation and shared insight with generously minded women around the table
Keen on experiences that are commercially valuable and personally energising
If this sounds like your kind of room, I encourage you to book early, as the tables are small by design with seats are limited to a maximum of 12 guests.
Our Table Theme for the next Sydney and Canberra Dinners
Is your business the right fit for how you think and work?
If you’ve built a business that looks fine on the outside but feels harder than it should on the inside, and you’re losing your love for it, you’re not alone. At this dinner we’ll have an open conversation about reshaping our businesses and the way we market so they’re more sustainable, profitable, and enjoyable.

What makes these events special?
This isn’t traditional networking.
Insight Table is a thoughtfully curated gathering for businesswomen who want more than surface level chat and polished elevator pitches. I call it “Connectworking”.
Every Insight Table gathering is:
Thoughtfully themed
Each event is anchored around a conversation worth having. The theme gives us a clear starting point, sharper reflection, and space for honest insight without anyone being put on the spot.
Small By Design
With no more than 12 women around the table, there is room to think, speak, listen, and be heard - smaller rooms create deeper conversations (I call it “scuba-diving instead of snorkelling)
Curated for Depth
This is for women who value substance over small talk. The room is intentionally shaped for honesty, generosity, strategic thinking, and the kind of connection that can only show up when people don’t feel the need to perform.
A different kind of business conversation
We talk about what’s really going on. Business growth, capacity, ambition, identity, change, visibility, decision-making, and the challenges that sit under the surface for capable women doing meaningful work.
Anchored in takeaway value
You won’t leave with vague inspiration. We value fresh perspectives, useful insights, and something real to take back into our business and life.
Who’s your host?
I'm Angela Raspass.
I work with smart, fast-thinking, sparky-brained and late-diagnosed ADHD businesswomen who run solo and micro businesses.
I’ve seen, and experienced, how the thinking, deciding, and delivering that comes with running your own business can drain your energy and certainty when you do it without a sounding board.
We all need a space to speak honestly, reflect deeply, and access the kind of wisdom that only emerges through shared experience.
That's why I created The Insight Table - not just as a space to connect, but as a place to gain perspective, celebrate milestones, stretch your thinking, plug back into confidence, and realise you're not alone in the entrepreneurial adventure.
We’ve been gathering for eight years now, across industries and stages of business development. When you access an open and honest "brains trust", thoughtfully facilitated and intentionally curated, things shift, and new possibilities ignite.
You’ll feel lighter, wiser, reenergised, and clearer on the next steps to take.
What women say after joining the table

“Interesting conversations and good food are often promised but rarely delivered. This is not the case with an event hosted by Angela.
She is a consummate host from preplanning the seating and sharing links to articles relevant to the table topic through to guiding a structured discussion of the theme.
You’ll find the food is delish but the conversation which Angela expertly guides more so.”
Sonya Tirtajaya
CEO, Community Shapers
"I am very over the standard networking type events, and this was a breath of fresh air, and just what I needed. It was truly a fantastic evening. The company was so refreshing, honest, and supportive right from the get-go.
No facades, or pretences, but genuine sharing of the experience of being a human forging your own purposeful business... I felt buoyed and inspired during and afterwards, and learnt so much".
Anita Gilbert
Founder, Flex Body
"It's just so good to connect with other women to widen my outlook. It's been incredibly busy but a little lonely lately. The discussion widened my perspective, and it was really refreshing to meet other women in such different areas and on different journeys. The group dynamic worked well with everyone able to have a voice - we could have chatted for many more hours!
Angela completely nails the right amount of chat, the interaction, and constructive discussion. She is such an inspiration, and I am incredibly fulfilled each time we connect".
Kylie Holyland
Executive Coach, Ascend HR
“It was wonderful - no one had an agenda, we were all curious and grateful to be in the space that had been created. I enjoyed the diversity of women at the table and the depth of intimacy that was achieved so quickly.
The women who attended were interesting, kind, compassionate and intelligent. I arrived with curiosity and an open mind and as Angela encouraged meaningful conversation and connections between us, we all left replete in mind and appetite”.
Kim Crowley
Personal Stylist, Style Sense
"Angela’s expertise, approach and philosophy are incredible, and I find it fascinating to listen to her and to meet the women she works with. I LOVE the way she brings women together in a relaxed yet professional way, that’s a very fine line to walk.
The evening was informative, insightful, fun, connective, reassuring, inspiring - particularly when you hear women who have been to some dark places and come back stronger than ever"
