The Spark Collective

A business community for women who want elevated impact

You've reached a threshold.

Your business looks good on paper. Clients love your work. You have experience, great skills and enjoy what you do.

Nevertheless, you're stuck in the gap between what you're doing and the impact you know you could be making.

Maybe you're too close to your own business to see it clearly. Even when good ideas surface, they don't get traction because you're in delivery mode, caught in the spinning plates of keeping everything going.

You're frustrated because no one quite gets what you do. And while your current clients value you, you're not attracting enough of the right clients -the ones who value your brilliance and are willing to pay for it.

You're tired.

You're often working too hard.

And you're usually doing it alone.

Something needs to change.

“Your business needs to blend contribution, fulfilment & financial reward to be sustainable.”
Angela Raspass

Maybe you recognise yourself here:

  • Too many ideas, scattered focus - constantly switching between what matters most, never quite landing on the one thing that would move the needle.

  • Brilliant one moment, doubting yourself the next — despite your track record, the confidence see-saw keeps you second-guessing your decisions and undercharging for the value you deliver

  • Capable of more, but can't break through — you've been in "potential" mode for too long, and you're ready for the next chapter, but can't see the path forward.

  • Making every decision alone — without a sounding board, even small choices mount up over time, making being in business for yourself feel heavier than you thought it would be

If you're nodding, you're in good company.

Jo Hanlon
Coaching, Advisory & Governance

"After 10+ years in business, I was tired of doing it alone. I didn't need anything at the '101' level - I needed space to explore complex issues whilst enjoying moral and mindset support from others.

I've developed an intense relationship with this group of women built on trust and care. It's a space where we can bring our whole selves - happy/sad, successes and challenges, and feel supported, not judged.

I didn't anticipate the generosity of care from all the members. We started off unknown to each other and developed such a strong bond.”

Welcome to The Spark Collective

This is where businesswomen designing their next chapters come together—not for more tactics, templates, or quick fixes, but for the strategic clarity, self-leadership foundations, and community support that actually create sustainable momentum.

The Spark Collective brings together brilliant businesswomen at all stages of business growth. Many of our members are sparky-brained, which is the name I created to define fast-moving minds (often late-diagnosed ADHDers like me). Many aren't. What we all share is this:

  • We need strategy that actually fits who we are, not cookie-cutter formulas designed for someone else's business.

  • We need glass-blinkered accountability that keeps us out of Comparison Traps and Obligation loops so we can focus on the what and how of our unique contribution

  • We need a community where we're not alone - where we learn as much from each other as we do from expert guidance.

  • And we're done building businesses that exhaust us. We want businesses that serve us as much as we serve our clients.

What makes the Spark Collective different?

The SHU Factor: Being Seen. Heard. and Understood.

Over the 22 years I’ve been in business for myself, I've learned the biggest barrier to momentum isn't lack of capability, it's that you're too close to your own business to see it clearly.

You've been inside it for so long that the patterns become invisible. The opportunities hiding in plain sight stay hidden. The connections between your strengths and your positioning aren’t obvious to you.

That's where both my guidance and the community come in.

Through our fortnightly sessions, workshops, and face-to-face events, I'll ask the questions and prompt the reflections that help you see differently.

This new awareness helps you uncover possibilities you've been missing, not because you're not smart enough, but because you've been too busy doing the work to step back. I’ll also make sure you’re anchored with the inner authority of Self-leadership to be able to confidently take action on these lightbulb moments!

And just as importantly, you'll gain perspective from the other businesswomen in the community - women who can see your brilliance more clearly than you can.

My role is to create the conditions for this clarity to emerge - to ensure you are seen, heard, and understood as the unique businesswoman and individual you are, through sharing my strategic frameworks and self-leadership tools, and by anchoring you with community because transformative growth happens in connection, not isolation.

Ann Buchner
Media Trainer & Communications Coach

"As a sole trader and sole parent battling isolation, I needed someone in my corner. Angela's Business Mastermind delivered all that and more.

Having the support and accountability of such a wise and nurturing circle of belief-buddies who generously share their business expertise in the bi-monthly group calls, combined with Angela's razor-sharp, creative mind, is a priceless combination.

I've invested in other business programs before, but none have delivered the results I needed to level up like the Mastermind with Angela”

Strategy + Self-Leadership: The Synergy That Creates Momentum

After two decades in business, I've navigated quite a few crossroads, cul-de-sacs, and dead ends.

A significant one was in 2012 when I realised my marketing agency no longer fit who I was, and gradually became ready to tackle the big changes that realisation demanded.

Another was 10 years later, when my ADHD diagnosis at 53 explained so much about my habits and needs in business.

In both scenarios, awareness was not enough. Acceptance was not enough. A well-thought-out plan was not enough.

I needed the inner resources to take action.

The lesson crystallised: Strategy can’t stick without self-leadership.

Strategy is your roadmap. Self-leadership is your vehicle. And you're in the driver's seat.

You can have the most brilliant business plan in the world, but if your vehicle isn't running well - if you're riding the confidence see-saw, battling decision fatigue, or running on empty - you won't make it to your destination.

That's why The Spark Collective integrates both. We work on your business strategy (where you're going) and the self-leadership skills that power the journey - so you can show up consistently, trust your decisions, and navigate the messy middle of change and growth without burning out or trying to squeeze yourself into someone else’s playbook.

The wisdom in the room

I learned something powerful in recovery rooms years ago: we gain as much wisdom from the person sitting next to us as we do from the person leading the room.

When we share our experience, strength, and hope with each other, something shifts. We see ourselves in each other's struggles. We're inspired by each other's breakthroughs. We realise we're not alone.

That's the atmosphere I'm creating in The Spark Collective.

Yes, you'll have my guidance, my frameworks, my ability to ask the questions that unlock clarity. But you'll also have a community of women who are navigating similar thresholds - women who get it, who've been there, who'll celebrate your wins and hold space for your struggles.

Because transformation seldom happens in isolation. It happens in connection.

.

“It's just so good to connect with other women to widen my outlook. It's been incredibly busy but a little lonely lately”.
- Anita Gilbert

Business Consultant & Coach

"When Angela approached me to join her Business Mastermind, it was a logical progression. I was anxious about who would be in the group, but Angela carefully pulls the right women in.

In my first year, I tripled my business. From there, I've streamlined year on year and developed key strategic partnerships. I joined the Mastermind to grow my business, but I've also grown more as a person.

You gain more than the expertise of the host! You get out what you put in - go in with an open mind and open heart for the best results.”

What you’ll experience as a Spark Collective Member

When you join

Spark Advantage Profile + Strategy Session

Before you dive into action, we start with you. Your Spark Advantage Profile combines a strengths assessment, enneagram, values exploration, self-leadership insights, and brand archetype into a comprehensive guide that reveals your unique edge.

Then, in our 90-minute strategy session, we design your business approach around that edge - not around what works for someone else.

This becomes your foundation for the work you'll do throughout your time in the Collective.

Immediate Circle Community Access

From day one, you're connected. Ask questions, share wins, and get support between sessions. You'll no longer be trying to manage Priority Pinball, the Confidence See-Saw or Popcorn Brain alone!

The Virtual Experiences

Fortnightly Group Sessions - Included

This is the heart of the Spark experience, a dynamic blend of group coaching, strategic learning, and guest expertise - I craft the mix on an ongoing basis to meet the group's needs.

Some sessions I facilitate. Others feature specialists from my network (many of whom you'll meet through the Spark Series). Every session is designed to give you both strategic clarity and implementation momentum.

You'll always know what's coming in advance, and every session is recorded if you can't attend live. They’re 90-minute sessions on Tuesdays from 9:30 - 11 am AEDT.

Quarterly Book Club - Included

A fresh title each quarter, I choose books that will stretch your thinking, spark new possibilities, and support your personal and business growth. These are included in your membership fees, and you can choose your preferred format (paperback, audio, or Kindle). We’ll have a discussion thread in the community and a Q & A with the author wherever possible.

A 60-Minute 1:1 Mentoring Session - Included

Use it anytime during the year when you need focused support on a specific challenge, decision, or opportunity. Additional mentoring support packages are available for Spark members to purchase at Spark Member Rates.

Ongoing Circle Community- Included

Your between-sessions space that is not on Facebook. It’s a curated space for connection, support, assistance and feedback, leaning into accountability, and celebrating progress and breakthroughs alongside your fellow members.

Wendy Kendall
Founder: Inspiring Psychology Practices

"After working with Angela in individual sessions, I radically scaled down less profitable areas and created concrete plans for scaling up the more profitable work. My business plan became much more coherent and focused on that sweet spot of profitable work.

I then joined Angela's Business Mastermind and benefited from entering her wonderful network of women who are playing a bigger game in their businesses, having fun, and enjoying their progress along the way.

Angela is great at drawing out common themes and principles across different industries and sectors, so we all learn from one another as well as within our own businesses. I recommend Angela to anyone looking to play a bigger game with structure and encouragement without being nannied and bossed around!”

This isn't a quick fix. It's a next chapter.

The Spark Collective isn’t a 12-week program with a tidy bow at the end.

It's an ongoing community for businesswomen who understand that sustainable success requires both strategic clarity and the self-leadership to actually implement it, without burning out or losing yourself in the process.

It's for women who are ready to stop doing it alone.

Who are keen to step out of perpetual potential and into the impact they're capable of.

Who want to build businesses that serve them as much as they serve their clients.

And who understands that transformation doesn't happen in isolation - it happens in connection, with insightful guidance and a supportive community of businesswomen on the same adventure.

It’s designed for seasoned, service-based businesswomen who are:

✓ Ready to recalibrate, not rebuild from scratch
✓ Navigating a threshold, crossroads, or next chapter
✓ Seeking both strategy and self-leadership support (not just tactics)
✓ Wanting community without performative networking pressure
✓ Committed to showing up and doing the work (not just consuming content)
✓ Building businesses aligned with their values, strengths, and the life they want

It wonlt be such a great fit if:

  • You're just starting and need a foundational business setup

  • You're looking for a magic formula or guaranteed income promises

  • You want to be told exactly what to do (we co-create solutions together)

  • You're not willing to invest time in both strategy and self-leadership

A note about taking the leap

If you're reading this and you know you want to join, but you're hesitating, that’s ok. It’s understandable, and I get it.

There's the voice that says you should be able to figure this out yourself.

There's the vulnerability of letting someone see behind the scenes of your business.

Maybe there's even the fear of being let down again if this doesn't deliver what you hope.

It took me several years in business before I realised it was ok to admit to myself I didn’t have all the answers. That investing in support actually indicated wisdom, not inadequacy.

You don't have to do this alone. And you don't have to keep repeating the same patterns or trying to follow the systems that don’t work for you.

The personalised strategic support I provide works - I've helped hundreds of businesswomen in the past 20 years.

But your results do reflect your actions.

I can create the conditions for clarity. I can give you frameworks, accountability, and support. But you have to show up, be proactive, do the work and not expect overnight success.

That's one reason why there’s a simple application process. I want to make sure this is the right support for you and that we're a good fit. (I'm not to everyone's taste, and you're probably not either, and that’s exactly as it should be!)

If joining us is the right option, and you commit to yourself, I'm confident you'll thrive inside The Spark Collective.

We start on March 3, 2026. Founding member pricing closes March 16 (to give you time to join us at the first Bowral in-person event.

Founder: Sage Thinking

"My Strategy session with Angela was all about gaining clarity on where to strategically focus my energy to reinvent and relaunch my business after a sabbatical.

Angela asked just the right questions at just the right time to help me clarify my thinking and make initial strategic decisions. We developed a broad plan and immediate actions to work on.

Angela is a joy to work with - approachable, knowledgeable, and experienced. I can highly recommend her to anyone wanting to hone their thinking and translate that into action to optimise their next chapter!"

FAQ’S

  • Founding members begin with our first group call on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, followed by the March 23-24 Bowral Spark Planning and Momentum event.

  • The Collective operates on an ongoing membership model. New members can join at the start of any month, though founding member pricing is a special time-limited launch invitation for those who join by March 16, 2026.

  • I get it - life happens! Our fortnightly calls are recorded and available in the Circle community, and you can pose a question you have, and I’ll answer it, even if you can’t make it to the call. Our in-person events are scheduled well in advance, which I hope helps you to tame your diary.

  • Absolutely. The structure is designed to work WITH different thinking styles, not against them. You'll find dedicated support for sparky-brained challenges, plus flexibility when you need it, because my own lived experience and ADHD-Informed Coach Accreditation has an inkling of what sparky brained businesswomen need :)

  • Not at all! While we acknowledge and support sparky-brained experiences, the Collective is designed for ALL businesswomen navigating next chapters. The diversity of thinking styles makes the community richer. The majority of my personal business mentoring clients are not “sparky” - they choose to work with me because they value the dot-collecting, opportunity-spotting, gap-closing creativity I offer.

  • Membership is ongoing with monthly payments (you can also opt to pay annually in advance and receive a bonus month - ie: pay for 12, receive 13). We operate on 11 fully active months (mid-January through mid-December) with a community/ resources focus in between. You can cancel with just 30 days’ notice, though I do hope you stay and grow with us.

  • They're optional but highly valuable connection and discussion opportunities. Even if you can't attend the breakfast, you're welcome at the Office Hours session that takes place immediately afterwards.

  • After your strategy and mentoring sessions, you can purchase additional sessions at member rates. Some members add Ignite VIP days or FuelTime packages for deeper strategic work.

  • The Spark Collective has community at its heart, coupled with ongoing support, as I know the value of a support circle and love the synergy of ideas and outcomes that are a natural part of working in groups.

Ignite and FuelTime are 1:1 intensive experiences. Many members start in the Spark Collective and later add intensive work when they're ready. Others start with Ignite and then join Spark as they implement the strategies we developed in the workshop.

It’s important to choose the right support for you - to fit your style and the stage of business you’re at. That’s why we have a conversation as a part of joining Spark, to ensure you have all your questions answered, and we both feel certain it’s the best option for you.

"After coming from corporate, having your own business can be lonely. Knowing you have the support of intelligent, kind, empathetic women in a Business Mastermind is vital.

At first I was hesitant that everyone is in different industries, but this is the gem - so many new ideas from different perspectives.

Angela is truly a leader, and she does this with kindness, support, and brilliant ideas!"
