Why Leanne and I built this together
I've run small group masterminds for many years. Leanne O'Sullivan first joined me as a participant - she came on a retreat, then joined a mastermind - and over time what started as a client relationship became a genuine professional friendship and collaboration.
I began referring my clients to Leanne because her digital expertise is exceptional, and because I kept seeing the same gap: women with great strategy who weren't visible, or women building their digital presence without the strategic clarity underneath it. The two things needed each other.
Leanne is the founder of Adventure Digital and brings over 20 years of experience helping service-based businesses build a digital presence that actually works, not just a pretty website, but an ecosystem: SEO, content, lead generation, search, conversion.
Last year we ran our first workshop together. Business Sweet Spot followed.

What membership includes
A personal strategy and digital audit in Month 1, then ongoing: weekly co-working, fortnightly group coaching, monthly deep-dives, quarterly book club, Circle community, and three in-person retreat experiences each year at Peppers Craigieburn in the Southern Highlands.
