5. The “tease the ecosystem” technique: how to preview a bigger ongoing relationship inside a proposal without pitching it outright.
6. A live demo using Claude to turn real website copy into a finished one pager in minutes, plus the full prompt pack so you can do it yourself the same day.
This isn’t a theory session. Leanne builds a real one pager live in the room, using her own website copy as the worked example.
How it works
This is a live Zoom session, not a pre recorded class. You’ll do a live audit of your own material during the session, not as homework, pulling from your website, your inbox and past proposals, and pair up with another member to trade feedback on your first draft.
There’s a live AI demo built in, so you watch this work happen in real time rather than just hearing about it.
The session is recorded. All registered attendees receive the replay within 48 hours, along with the full toolkit: the Capability Statement Template, the Capability Deck Template, the Service One-Pager Template, the Speaker/ Facilitator One-Sheet, the Proposal Structure Template (lean or full), and the six prompt Claude Prompt Pack to draft all five from your own content.
