Perpetual Potential
Closing the gap between what you're capable of and what your business is delivering
You know you're capable. So why does it still feel harder than it should to get traction, stay consistent, and trust what you're building?
You already know you're talented. That's not what's in the way.
You've built something real. You care about the work. You're good at it, and the people you work with know it too.
But running the business? Making the multitude of decisions every day requires? Staying with one idea long enough to build momentum? Enjoying the depth of impact, growth, and revenue you know you're capable of?
That's where it gets hard, and it's been hard for longer than you like to admit, even to yourself.
You're not doing it wrong. You're trying to do it with tools that were never built for how your brain actually works.
If any of this feels familiar, you're in the right room.
Popcorn Brain
Your notes app has nineteen half-built ideas in it. You sat down to tweak one thing and emerged ninety minutes later having redesigned an entire offer, which, to be fair, is brilliant. The problem isn't creativity. It's knowing which idea deserves your attention right now, and which one can wait.
Priority Pinball
You end the day tired, with a lot done, and a quiet, nagging sense that none of it actually moved the needle. You're not undisciplined. You're running on a brain that finds consistent follow-through genuinely difficult, and nobody ever told you that's what was happening.
Confidence See-Saw
One day you're completely certain you're the right person for this. The next, a competitor's post lands and you're questioning everything. Praise is Teflon. Criticism is Velcro. The self-trust you need to charge properly for your work can feel just out of reach.
Perpetual Potential
It's the maddening, confidence-sapping gap between what you know you're capable of and what you're actually seeing show up in your business. It isn't a character flaw. It's what happens when a sparky, fast-moving brain is running a business through a framework built for a very different kind of wiring.
In this masterclass, we're going to name that gap properly, and start closing it.
What you'll walk away with
- Clarity around the patterns of thinking and doing that have historically constrained your business impact
- Relief from the self-criticism stories that say you just need more discipline or that you're just not good enough to flourish
- Personal insight to take action on from the exercises you've completed in the room
- The next steps for you to take that will begin to dissolve both the feeling and the reality of “not living up to your business potential”
This isn't generic ADHD education, and it isn't another productivity system to abandon in six weeks. It's 75 minutes with someone who's run her own business both pre and post-diagnosis and who's also advised hundreds of business owners over the past 23 years.
This is for late-diagnosed or self-recognised ADHD and sparky-brained women with service-based businesses, who are:
- Experienced and great at what they do, and privately frustrated their impact doesn't yet match their talent
- Successful enough that nobody would guess how much is held together behind the scenes
- Tired of defending themselves against their own inner critic
- Curious about what might actually change if they stopped trying to squish themselves into a business model that doesn't suit them
You don't need a formal diagnosis to belong in this room. Some of the women here will have one. Some will have self-recognised their own sparkiness. Some will simply recognise that feeling I've named Perpetual Potential and are keen to see how they can navigate through it, once and for all!

I know this because I am you
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 53, after more than two decades of running businesses while quietly wondering why everything felt so much harder than it seemed to for everyone else.
That diagnosis changed how I work, how I lead, and how I help my clients. I bring together two decades of business strategy experience with lived ADHD insight and formal ADHD coach training. Most business coaches don't truly understand ADHD. Most ADHD coaches haven't built businesses beyond their own practice. I sit at the intersection of both.
If you read any of this thinking “she's describing my actual life,” that recognition is worth trusting.
