Most business coaching puts strategy first
I work the other way around.
For sparky-brained women, strategy that isn't built on a foundation of self-knowledge and genuine self-worth is rarely sustainable.
I've been working with businesswomen for over two decades. And the single most consistent thing I've observed, long before I had the language of ADHD to name it, is this:
Effective strategy needs to be anchored in self-worth. But self-worth has so often been eroded in the heads and hearts of sparky-brained businesswomen
Not because they're ineffective. Not because they haven't tried. But because years of trying to work with systems and formulas that weren't built for their brains, and years of effort that didn't produce the results it promised, leave some pretty nasty scars (Oprah style, “This I know for sure”, first hand…)
And those scars have a tendency to show up in our businesses as: brilliant ideas that don't get executed. Pricing that doesn't reflect the real value you deliver. Visibility that feels risky (that fear of judgment is real). Decisions made from self-doubt and crowdsourced opinions instead of self-trust.
That’s why I start differently.
Before we touch your strategy, your services products, or offers, your positioning, your marketing, we start with you. All of you. Not just the business problem you've brought, but the way you think, the way you work, what lights you up and what drains or bores you, the patterns that power you and the ones that hold you back.
Because I've learned the gap between having a great strategy and actually using it is almost never a knowledge gap.
It's a self-knowledge gap.
A woman who truly knows herself, who has been supported to uncover, understand, and appreciate her wiring, her strengths, her blind spots, and her genuine brilliance without judgement or comparison, can show up to strategy work completely differently.
She stops questioning, explaining, or proving herself and starts building instead.
Three components.
One integrated approach.
My approach has three interconnected components. Each one has a very specific purpose and all three work together.
They're not sequential steps you complete in order and then move on from. I see them more like the layers of an ongoing, deepening conversation that’s becoming richer as the work deepens.
You’ve likely heard it before (and that’s because it’s true!) the inner work and the outer strategy are inseparable - even more so when you travel through this world with a sparky brain, a big heart, and a strong commitment to making a dfference.et’s
The Spark Advantage Profile
Before the plan comes the person.
The Spark Advantage Profile is how I get to know you before we do anything else. It’s my proprietary system that blends your strengths, values, business background, Enneagram, inner critic, self-leadership and Executive Functions Assessments together, giving us a personally calibrated picture of your Spark Zone, Edge, and Traps.
Clients consistently describe their profile as the first time they've seen themselves reflected back so clearly - that it’s a delight not to have to over explain themselves! Everything that follows is built on this foundation.
The Inner Game
Self-leadership is self-worth in action.
The Inner Game is the inner work that runs alongside every piece of strategy we build together. It's the deliberate, progressive shift from looking everywhere else for the answers to trusting that you already have them inside you.
For sparky-brained women, it’s not separate from the business work. It's the thing that makes the strategy far more likely to land. Because you can't fully See It if the self-worth wound is making you dismiss the value you create. You can't fully Own It if you're still waiting for someone to give you permission. And you can't fully Embed It if the Confidence See-Saw is still holding you hostage emotionally.
So this is where we address the self-worth wound directly, through the principles of self-leadesrhip - self-knowledge, emotional dexterity, flexible thinking, intentional action, and vitality cultivation.
The Elevated Impact Framework
See It. Own It. Embed It.
The Elevated Impact Framework is the structure I’ve created for your the journey from Perpetual Potential to genuine, sustainable impact. I promise it’s not some sort of strict, step by step methodology I’ll subject you too! It's how we shape your new business world.
See It: Understanding your wiring, your unique value, and what makes your contribution impossible to replicate. For many clients this includes developing a named Differentiation Framework - but seeing yourself clearly comes first.
Own It: Claiming the inner authority to trust and back yourself. To price with confidence. To stop second-guessing your choices, your expertise and, YES, your intuition.
Embed It: Getting you and your work out into the world with through your positioning, your marketing, your pricing, your presence so you can make the impact you’re designed for.
These three shifts have many layers and are rarely linear, but they definitely move in a clear direction.
Why not just start with strategy?
It's a fair question. You want your business to grow. You want clarity, momentum, better positioning, more clients, consistent income. So why spend time on profiles and inner work and all that jazz before we get to the “important stuff?”
Because I know from experience - both personal (I’ve been in this business for yourself caper since 2003) and client (I’ve worked with hundreds of clients since then) what’s inevitabe when we skip it.
Strategy gets built on a shaky foundation. We craft your positioning, design your offers, map your marketing, and then…
You fall headfirst into the Comparison Trap when you see what a competitor launches.
Your inner critic says 'ha! Riiiight”' and throws self-sbotaging hand grenades your way when you uodate your rate card.
You realise how much you DETEST that type of marketing and cannot bring yourself to do it…even though you were sure it was THE answer.
and your lovely plan is buried while you find seventeen reasons not to implement it.
I've been in enough rodeos to know by now: the gap between having a great strategy and actually using it is almost always a self-worth gap, not a knowledge gap. So Strategy and Self-Worth alwsys ride out into the arena together in my world.
And it’s also why you can borrow my belief in you until you have it for yourself.

"I believe every female business owner who is neurodivergent needs you! You're the first coach I've ever felt real synergy with because you're a kindred spirit.
I've invested so much in the past and have never moved or progressed as far as I have with you. You're worth every cent!"
What does this actually look like?
In practice, this approach shows up differently depending on how and where we start working together.
If you start with a Catalyst Session:
We meet for 90 minutes focused on one key thing within the Elevated Impact Framework.
You'll leave feeling clear, focused, newly confident and with something specific and concrete to action.
…and at least one key self-leadership resource to smooth the implementation process.
If you start with the Recalibration Day:
You begin with a new appreciation for your Spark Zone, Edge and Traps thanks to the Spark Advantage profile I compile for you.
I arrive knowing you, your business, your challanges and your aspirations thanks to the deep reflection prep work you’ve done. We roll up our sleeves and spend the day building the next chapter of your business.
If you invest in ongoing coaching & mentoring:
The three components become an ongoing conversation. Some sessions are pure strategy. Some are pure Inner Game. Most are a blend because that's how it works in real life. Our wiring shows up in strategy decisions, self-worth gaps show up in pricing conversation, Priority Pinball hampers implementation, and popcorn brain always has something to add!
One to one and group options are available.
You Know There’s More Waiting For You!
I’d love to help you unlock Your Next Chapter in Business

”I hired Angela to get an expert outside perspective on my business and help me to refine and streamline my offerings. She’s given me so much more than that! It’s been such a relief to have someone “in my corner” to bounce ideas off and to offer clear suggestions for improvement. Angela embodies what she promises, is truly generous with her time and resources, and does it all with warmth and energy".
