How The REwire Intensive works
Phase One: Your Spark Advantage
Before we touch the business, we start with you.
You’ll complete a set of tailored assessments and reflections, including Cappfinity Strengths, Executive Functions, Enneagram, Values, Brand Archetype, Self-Leadership, Inner Critic, and a detailed business background brief.
I draw these together into your Spark Advantage Profile — a personalised map of who you are, where you shine, and the patterns that can quietly sabotage your best efforts.
We then meet for a 75-minute virtual session to unpack it together. For most sparky-brained women, it’s the first time they’ve felt truly seen without having to over-explain themselves.
This is the foundation we use to shape the agenda and the strategic work that follows.
Phase Two: The Intensive
This is where The REwire takes its fullest form.
Your intensive day is built entirely around you, your brain, your business, and what your prep work and our early conversations have already revealed.
There’s no standard agenda or fixed menu of topics. Think of it more like an accordion, with different dimensions of your business expanding and contracting depending on what needs the most attention.
Across the day, we might explore:
your vision and what you’re actually building towards
your business model and whether it’s structured around your strengths or in spite of them
your positioning and how to become more findable to the right people
your pricing and whether the exchange reflects the value you create
your marketing and where your preferences and your clients’ needs genuinely overlap
your systems and what needs to be rebuilt, outsourced, simplified, or stopped
Not all of these will get equal time. Some may need an hour. Some may need ten minutes and a clear decision.
The intensive takes place in person at my home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The change of environment matters, especially for sparky brains, and many clients travel interstate for the experience. If in-person isn’t possible, we can split the work across two virtual sessions to avoid Zoom fatigue.
You’ll leave with clarity, a more aligned direction, and a concrete path forward.
Phase Three: The Follow through
Within a week, I’ll send you a written outcomes report, access to your personal sparky-brained resource library, and a 90-day action plan template to complete and send back to me.
Within two weeks, we meet again for a virtual follow-up session to walk through your plan, sense-check what’s realistic, and make sure you have what you need to bring it to life.
Optional Phase Four: Ongoing support
Insight is one thing. Implementation is another.
For sparky-brained women, the gap between the two is often where the best-laid plans begin to quietly unravel. The novelty fades. The hyperfocus lifts. The inner critic starts tossing grenades. And the future you could see so clearly begins drifting back towards business as usual.

The REwire Intensive FAQ’s

The Rewire is a three-phase methodology, not a single day.
It begins with The Foundation - your Spark Advantage Profile, built from pre-work assessments, followed by virtual sessions where we unpack your specific wiring: your Spark Zone, Spark Edge, and the Spark Traps that may have been quietly undermining your efforts.
Then comes The REwire Day, a full-day intensive (in person on Sydney's Northern Beaches, or virtually) where we move through six key business domains with your wiring as the lens.
Finally, within one week of your VIP day, you'll receive a written summary of our workshop outcomes together and a template for your 90-day action plan (that you complete and send back to me).
Two weeks after your workshop, we have a follow-up session to refine your plan and ensure you're clear on your next steps.After this, a period of one to one coaching/mentoring is often the next step for my clients - they value being supported as they implement their plan, and I love helping them bring it to life and manage the inevitable twists and turns of being in business!

The Foundation phase is always delivered virtually. For the REwire Day itself, you have a choice. In-person sessions take place at my home on Sydney's Northern Beaches - many clients travel interstate for this, and the experience of being completely removed from your “business-as-usual” environment is genuinely valuable.
Virtual REwire Days are run on ZOOM and we structure the time to avoid fatigue - often splitting into two focused working sessions.We'll work out what suits you best when we connect.
